My Goal is to show those that have an open mind , and are ready to change or adjust their eating habits… that healthy food doesn’t need to be boring or bland. It can be as flavorful as you want it to be. We all have our own food preferences. I am a picky eater by choice, I absolutely LOVE Fruit and Vegetables!!! After-all, They make me feel good, and they contain tons of beneficial nutrients! I’m feeding my cells with every bite!
I like to feel good, therefore I eat to feel good. Don’t get me wrong, I still have “ice cream” every so often, either my shake ice cream or a non gmo verified coconut milk, cashew milk, or almond milk base Ice cream. I just like the healthier alternatives. So Delicious Makes some Excellent Treats!
After all We are supposed to eat to live not live to eat ! Compared to most , I crave fruits and vegetables! I love salads with tons of good stuff on top – raw nuts , veggies ,chickpeas , fruit, dark greens , vibrant colors , balsamic vinegar etc. Sometimes I’ll add cooked or sauteed veggies on top of the salad , which eliminates the need for additional olive oil. Then, I’ll drizzle balsamic vinegar, a little lemon juice, grind some black pepper, and add a dash of Cayenne for a kick!
