My Apple Pie Ice Cream Smoothie is a perfect Healthy, Yes Healthy, treat, for Breakfast, a Snack, Dessert, etc! Not only does it taste like Homemade Apple Pie, I believe, it may be even tastier! Try Freezing the finished smoothie , in tupperware, for 3 hours, to turn it into "Ice Cream" ! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Organic Fuji Apple - chopped
- 2 Frozen Ripe Organic bananas
- 1 tsp Organic Honey
- 5 Raw Walnuts or Pecans
- 1 tsp of Organic Chia seeds
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 in Apple cut half
- 2 tsp Honey Separated
- 2 Dashes of Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Pinch of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 scoop or packet French Vanilla Complete

Instructions
- In a Ninja Blender (see Carousel) or Other Powerful Blender, Add:
- 1/2 Organic Fuji Apple - chopped
- 2 Frozen Ripe Organic bananas
- 1 tsp Organic Honey
- 5 Raw Walnuts ( halves ) or Pecans
- 1 tsp of Organic Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Scoop or Packet of French Vanilla Complete
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Blend on Medium
- Pour into glass
- In a separate microwave safe cup , add
- 1/2 Apple - cubed
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Scoop the Microwaved Apple on top of the Smoothie
- To Finish, Sprinkle:
- 1 Dash of Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Pinch of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- Enjoy
