Banana Blue Ice Cream
I love Ice Cream along with most Kids and Adults! However, whenever I eat regular Ice cream, I feel like garbage afterward! Does anyone else feel the same? Usually Ice Cream is Made from Milk or Cream, extremely heavy, loaded with added sugar, and artificial crap. I wanted to create a vegan ice cream that people can have any time of day, that wont ruin diets, is nutritious and satisfying! My “Banana Blue Ice Cream” is healthy enough have for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or a Snack!

Instructions
  1. In your medium Ninja blender cup add
  2. 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
  3. 1 scoop or 1 packet of French Vanilla Complete (Click on the banner on the right or below for more information)
  4. 1 c frozen organic riced cauliflower
  5. 1 ripe organic banana
  6. 1 dash of cinnamon
  7. 1/3 c of butterfly pea flowers ( for color)
  8. blend on medium for approximately 30 seconds
  9. if not thick enough add more riced cauliflower
  10. if too thick add a splash of almond milk and re-blend
  11. scoop into a bowl
  12. add a pinch of organic shredded coconut to the top of the ice cream!
