Blue Cauliflower Quinoa Rice
Is it difficult getting your children or family members to eat their veggies? I have a solution for you! Blue Cauliflower- Quinoa- Rice is a simple, easy dinner side, that is nutrient packed, a good source of protein , fiber, and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan, add
  2. 1/3 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  3. 1 drizzle of olive oil
  4. turn heat to medium
  5. add
  6. 1 packet of Seeds of Change Quinoa- Brown rice packet
  7. 1 cup Organic Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  8. 3 dashes of organic garlic powder
  9. 3 twists of himalayan sea salt
  10. 3 twists of peppercorn mill
  11. 2 dashes of organic all purpose seasoning
  12. 1 tsp fresh organic basil
  13. 1/3 c of butterfly pea flowers ( optional for blue color)
  14. 1 dash turmeric
  15. 1 tsp of organic red pepper flakes
  16. stir with spoon
  17. when the mixture begins to boil,turn down to low until ready to serve
  18. (add a splash of Almond Milk as needed to make creamier rice, or if it begins to stick to the side of the pot)
  19. Enjoy!
  20. (Optional step: Shape into your favorite animal!)
  21. ( Optional step: slice date and shape into a mouth, eye, and eyebrow)
