Magenta Pumpkin Beet Hummus
Magenta Pumpkin Beet Hummus has Vibrant Color and tastes Delicious! This is a fabulous appetizer for a party, or to be enjoyed with veggie sticks, chips or crackers. I can literally eat the entire thing myself either with a spoon, or with My FAVORITEEEEEEE Crackers which are made by Mary’s Gone Crackers. I love every flavor! My favorite chips with this hummus are RW Garcia’s Sweet Potato Chips or Late July’s Multi grain. I also LOVE spreading this hummus over Ezekiel Toast for a weekend morning Treat!

Instructions
  1. In your medium Ninja Blender Cup, Add
  2. 1 can of Organic Chickpeas(Garbanzo Beans)
  3. 1/3 of a can of Organic Pumpkin
  4. 1 small Organic Beet- diced
  5. 1 tablespoon of Organic Tahini Paste
  6. 1 clove of Garlic, chopped – or 1 tsp dried garlic powder
  7. 1/2 shallot – chopped – or 1 tsp dried onion powder
  8. 1 Lemon (juice) or 1/4 c of Lemon Juice
  9. 3 twists Himalayan Sea Salt
  10. 3 Twists of Peppercorn Grinder
  11. 2 dashes of All Purpose Seasoning
  12. 1 dash Turmeric
  13. 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  14. 1 tsp Fresh Thyme or 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
  15. 1 tsp Fresh Parsley or 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  16. 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  17. 1 tsp Organic Olive Oil
  18. Blend on Medium until fully blended , then ,Enjoy!
