Not So Fried Cauliflower Rice
Love Fried Rice? But want a Healthier, More Delicious, Alternative, that your body will Thank-you for? Try making my amazing “Not so Fried Cauliflower Rice”! Its full of Flavor, Soy free, Rice Free, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free! So, So, Good! (And your family will swear it’s from the restaurant)! Why did I make this in the first place? My husband loves fried rice, and I love riced cauliflower, so I decided why not combine the two? Its lighter, and In my opinion Yummier then the real deal! My husband was pleasantly surprised as well! Try making it and Let me know how much you love your new healthy creation!

Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan , add
  2. 1/4 Cup of Unsweetned Almond Milk
  3. Turn Heat up to Medium, and add
  4. 3 cups of Organic Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  5. drizzle Olive Oil
  6. 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Peas
  7. 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Corn
  8. 1/4 of a Organic Red Onion- Diced
  9. 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  10. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  11. Stir with Spoon
  12. 1 Dash of Turmeric
  13. 2 Dashes of Garlic Powder
  14. 3 Dashes of All Purpose Seasoning
  15. 4 Twists of Himalayan Sea Salt
  16. 4 Twists of Peppercorn Grinder
  17. 1 Tsp Cilantro, chopped
  18. 1 Tsp Parsley, chopped
  19. 1 Tsp Basil, chopped
  20. 3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Aminos
  21. Stir with Spoon, and add
  22. 1 Organic Carrot Shredded, then cut into thin strips
  23. 2 whole eggs ( minus the shell)
  24. 1/2 Tsp Ginger
  25. 1 Dash Cayenne Pepper
  26. 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  27. 1/3 Cup Cabbage, diced
  28. 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  29. Stir with spoon
  30. Optional : Add a few Pinches of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  31. Turn Heat down to low until ready to serve, Enjoy!
