Vegan Blondie Brownies with Pink Protein Frosting
Just in time for Valentines Day! Wow your love with these little treats! I absolutely adore these little Pink sweet, yummy, Blondies! My Vegan Blondie Brownies are a Super easy dessert to make, they’re actually healthy enough so they can be enjoyed for Breakfast, Lunch, a snack, etc . No Garbage added, Non GMO, Non Dairy, Gluten Free, Protein rich, High Fiber, and the taste is irresistible! I surprised myself with this one! To make shopping for this recipe a little easier, I conveniently added several ingredients to the amazon carousel above!

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In your Ninja Intellisense food processor attachment, add
  3. 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
  4. 1/2 Packet or 1/2 scoop of French Vanilla Complete
  5. 1 c Organic Gluten Free Oatmeal or Trader Joes Ancient Grain and Super Seed Gluten Free Oatmeal
  6. 1/2 c Raw Almond Butter
  7. 1 TB Organic Cacao Butter
  8. 1/2 c Raw Almond Meal
  9. 3 TB Organic Vanilla Extract
  10. 3 TB Organic Maple Syrup
  11. 1/4c Organic Cacao Nibs
  12. 4 Dates (remove pits)
  13. 3 twists of Himalayan Sea Salt
  14. 1/4c Shreded Unsweetned Coconut
  15. Blend on Dough setting until mixed
  16. Line a small cookie sheet with Parchment paper
  17. Scoop out batter and spread on to cookie sheet evenly
  18. I suggest adding another piece of parchment paper to the top, to spread with your hands
  19. This batter is VERY Sticky!
  20. Remove the additional parchment paper once you’re done spreading out the dough
  21. Place in the oven
  22. Set timer for 20 min
  23. After 20 min stick a toothpick or fork into the middle if it comes out clean its done, but It probably needs an additional 5+ min depending on if you like more moist brownies , less time ; or drier, then more time.
  24. Once desired texture is achieved, place on wire rack to cool
  25. Then begin on the PINK PROTEIN FROSTING!!!
  26. In your Single Serve Ninja Blender Cup add
  27. 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
  28. 1/2 c Raw Cashews
  29. Let soak for 15 minutes, then add
  30. 1 TB Organic Vanilla Extract
  31. 2 TB Organic Maple Syrup
  32. 2 TB Organic Cacao Butter
  33. 2 TB Dragon Fruit Powder
  34. 2 twists Himalayan Sea Salt grinder
  35. Blend on High, then stir in
  36. 1/2 Scoop or 1/2 packet of French Vanilla Complete
  37. mix with spoon until completely mixed
  38. If you want to use a cookie cutter or vegetable cutter, cut the Shapes BEFORE adding the frosting!
  39. Once the Blondie Brownies are cool, Spread the frosting on top
  40. then add the Pink Frosting to your shaped brownie!
