Organic Zucchini, Beet , Sweet Potato Chips with Organic Tomato Basil Dipping Sauce
I love creating Healthy versions of typically "unhealthy" snacks. The Organic Zucchini, Beet, and Sweet Potato Chips with Organic Tomato Basil dipping sauce is a perfect alternative to feel good about with out sacrificing flavor! The colors are also Bright and Vibrant, so you or your guests will love the appearance!

Ingredients
- 1 spray Non Stick Organic Olive Oil spray
- 1 in Organic Zucchini -sliced into "chips" approximately 1/4"thick
- 1 in Organic Large Beet-sliced into "chips" approximately 1/4"thick
- 1 in Organic Sweet Potato -sliced into "chips" approximately 1/4"thick
- 1 cup Blanched Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Organic Coconut flour
- 2 dashes Organic Garlic Powder
- 3 twists Himalayan sea salt grinder
- 3 twists Peppercorn grinder
- 1 dash Turmeric
- 1 tsp Organic Red Pepper Flakes Optional
- 2 dashes Organic All Purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Basil
- 1 Organic Egg
- 1 jar Organic Tomato basil sauce - I used "Premium Organic Paesana" or "Mia's"
- 5 Organic Cherry or Organic Grape Tomatoes
- 3 Organic Mushrooms sliced
- 1/3 Organic Zucchini diced
- 1 Garlic Clove sliced
- 1/2 Shallot diced
- 2 dashes Organic All Purpose seasoning
- 2 twists Himalayan Sea Salt
- 2 twists Peppercorn grinder
- 1 dash Organic Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Organic Basil
- 1 tsp Organic Thyme
- 1 tsp Organic Parsley
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Spray the parchment paper with Non Stick Organic Olive Oil spray
- Slice 1 Organic Zucchini into "chips" approximately 1/4" in thick
- Slice 1 Organic Large Beet into "chips" approximately 1/4" in thick
- Slice 1 Organic Sweet Potato into "chips" approximately 1/4" in thick
- In a separate bowl whisk 1 egg
- On a Separate plate add
- 1 cup of Blanched Almond flour
- 1/2 cup of Organic Coconut flour
- 2 dashes of Organic Garlic powder
- 3 twists of Himalayan sea salt grinder
- 3 twists of Peppercorn grinder
- 1 dash Turmeric
- 1 tsp Organic Red Pepper flakes (Optional)
- 2 dashes of Organic All purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Organic Fresh Basil
- Mix with spoon
- Take each "chip"
- Dip into the egg then
- Then Dip the "chip" into the flour mixture covering both sides
- Place Egg/ Flour covered "chips" onto parchment paper
- Repeat for all "chips"
- Bake for 15 min, flip, then bake for 5 min
- if not crispy cook for another 5-10 min
- When ready let cool on wire rack
- Organic Tomato Basil dipping sauce
- One jar of organic tomato basil sauce - I used "Premium Organic Paesana"
- But any another Organic brand will do - I also like the brand Mia's
- Heat sauce on high
- Add :
- 5 Organic Cherry or Organic Grape Tomatoes
- 3 sliced Organic Mushrooms
- 1/3 Organic Zucchini diced or sliced thin
- 1 diced Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Shallot- diced
- 2 dashes of all purpose seasoning
- 2 twists Himalayan sea salt
- 2 twists Peppercorn Grinder
- 1 dash of Organic Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp of Organic Basil
- 1 tsp of Organic Thyme
- 1 tsp Organic Parsley
- Bring to boil then turn down to low and cover until ready to serve
