Blue Cauliflower Quinoa Rice
Is it difficult getting your children or family members to eat their veggies? I have a solution for you!
Blue Cauliflower- Quinoa- Rice is a simple, easy dinner side, that is nutrient packed, a good source of protein , fiber, and is absolutely delicious!
Instructions
In a medium sauce pan, add
1/3 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 packet of Seeds of Change Quinoa- Brown rice packet
1 cup Organic Frozen Riced Cauliflower
3 dashes of organic garlic powder
3 twists of himalayan sea salt
3 twists of peppercorn mill
2 dashes of organic all purpose seasoning
1 tsp fresh organic basil
1/3 c of butterfly pea flowers ( optional for blue color)

1 tsp of organic red pepper flakes

when the mixture begins to boil,turn down to low until ready to serve
(add a splash of Almond Milk as needed to make creamier rice, or if it begins to stick to the side of the pot)

(Optional step: Shape into your favorite animal!)
( Optional step: slice date and shape into a mouth, eye, and eyebrow)
