- 1/3 Can Organic Pumpkin
- 1 small Organic Beet- diced
- 1 tablespoon Organic Tahini Paste
- 1 tsp clove of Garlic chopped or 1 Tsp dried garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp shallot chopped - or 1dried onion powder
- 1/4 c lemon- juice
- 3 Twists Himalayan Sea Salt
- 3 Twists Peppercorn grinder
- 2 Dashes All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 Dash Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp Fresh Thyme or 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tsp Fresh Parsley or 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 Tsp Fresh Rosemary or 1Dried Rosemary
- 1 Tsp Organic Olive Oil
Ingredients

- In your medium Ninja Blender Cup, Add
- 1 can of Organic Chickpeas(Garbanzo Beans)
- 1/3 of a can of Organic Pumpkin
- 1 small Organic Beet- diced
- 1 tablespoon of Organic Tahini Paste
- 1 clove of Garlic, chopped - or 1 tsp dried garlic powder
- 1/2 shallot - chopped - or 1 tsp dried onion powder
- 1 Lemon (juice) or 1/4 c of Lemon Juice
- 3 twists Himalayan Sea Salt
- 3 Twists of Peppercorn Grinder
- 2 dashes of All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 dash Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme or 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Fresh Parsley or 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp Organic Olive Oil
- Blend on Medium until fully blended , then ,Enjoy!
