- 3 Cups Organic Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetned Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Peas
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Corn
- 1/4 Organic Red Onion Diced
- 2 Garlic cloves- chopped
- 1 Tsp lemon- juice
- 1 Dash Turmeric
- 2 Dashes Garlic Powder
- 3 Dashes All Purpose Seasoning
- 4 Twists Himalayan Sea Salt
- 4 Twists Peppercorn grinder
- 1 Tsp Fresh Cilantro or 1 Tsp Dried Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Fresh Basil or 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Aminos (healthier alternative to soy sauce)
- 1 Organic Carrot Shredded, and cut thin
- 2 Organic Large Eggs
- 1/4 Organic Red Bell Pepper , diced
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Dash Cayenne Pepper
- 1/3 C Organic Cabbage, diced
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp Fresh Parsley Chopped or 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
Ingredients

- In a medium sauce pan , add
- 1/4 Cup of Unsweetned Almond Milk
- Turn Heat up to Medium, and add
- 3 cups of Organic Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- drizzle Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Peas
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Corn
- 1/4 of a Organic Red Onion- Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Stir with Spoon
- 1 Dash of Turmeric
- 2 Dashes of Garlic Powder
- 3 Dashes of All Purpose Seasoning
- 4 Twists of Himalayan Sea Salt
- 4 Twists of Peppercorn Grinder
- 1 Tsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tsp Basil, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Aminos
- Stir with Spoon, and add
- 1 Organic Carrot Shredded, then cut into thin strips
- 2 whole eggs ( minus the shell)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Dash Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/3 Cup Cabbage, diced
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Stir with spoon
- Optional : Add a few Pinches of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- Turn Heat down to low until ready to serve, Enjoy!
