I absolutely adore these little Pink sweet, yummy, Blondies!
My Vegan Blondie Brownies are a Super easy dessert to make, they're actually healthy enough so they can be enjoyed for Breakfast, Lunch, a snack, etc . No Garbage added, Non GMO, Non Dairy, Gluten Free, Protein rich, High Fiber, and the taste is irresistible! I surprised myself with this one!

Ingredients
- 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Packet or 1/2 scoop French Vanilla Complete Click on the complete banner above to learn more about this plant based shake mix
- 1 c Organic Gluten Free Oatmeal or Trader Joes Ancient Grain and Super Seed Gluten Free Oatmeal
- 1/2 c Raw Almond Butter
- 1 TB Organic Cacao Butter
- 1/2 c Raw Almond Meal
- 3 TB Organic Vanilla Extract
- 3 TB Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/4 c Organic Cacao Nibs
- 4 Dates remove pits
- 3 twists Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/4 c Organic Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- PINK PROTEIN FROSTING
- 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 c Raw Cashews
- 1 TB Organic Vanilla Extract
- 2 TB Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 TB Organic Cacao Butter
- 2 TB Dragon Fruit Powder
- 2 twists Himalayan sea salt grinder
- 1/2 Scoop or 1/2 packet French Vanilla Complete Click on the Complete banner above to learn more about this plant based shake mix

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- In your Ninja Intellisense food processor attachment, add
- 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 Packet or 1/2 scoop of French Vanilla Complete
- 1 c Organic Gluten Free Oatmeal or Trader Joes Ancient Grain and Super Seed Gluten Free Oatmeal
- 1/2 c Raw Almond Butter
- 1 TB Organic Cacao Butter
- 1/2 c Raw Almond Meal
- 3 TB Organic Vanilla Extract
- 3 TB Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/4c Organic Cacao Nibs
- 4 Dates (remove pits)
- 3 twists of Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/4c Shreded Unsweetned Coconut
- Blend on Dough setting until mixed
- Line a small cookie sheet with Parchment paper
- Scoop out batter and spread on to cookie sheet evenly
- I suggest adding another piece of parchment paper to the top, to spread with your hands
- This batter is VERY Sticky!
- Remove the additional parchment paper once you're done spreading out the dough
- Place in the oven
- Set timer for 20 min
- After 20 min stick a toothpick or fork into the middle if it comes out clean its done, but It probably needs an additional 5+ min depending on if you like more moist brownies , less time ; or drier, then more time.
- Once desired texture is achieved, place on wire rack to cool
- Then begin on the PINK PROTEIN FROSTING!!!
- In your Single Serve Ninja Blender Cup add
- 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 c Raw Cashews
- Let soak for 15 minutes, then add
- 1 TB Organic Vanilla Extract
- 2 TB Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 TB Organic Cacao Butter
- 2 TB Dragon Fruit Powder
- 2 twists Himalayan Sea Salt grinder
- Blend on High, then stir in
- 1/2 Scoop or 1/2 packet of French Vanilla Complete
- mix with spoon until completely mixed
- If you want to use a cookie cutter or vegetable cutter, cut the Shapes BEFORE adding the frosting!
- Once the Blondie Brownies are cool, Spread the frosting on top
- then add the Pink Frosting to your shaped brownie!
